Early exit in Xtreme DIRTcar finale at Modoc Raceway

On Saturday afternoon, Cla Knight followed the Drydene Xtreme DIRTcar Series to Modoc Raceway (Modoc, S.C.) for the final round of the six-race mini-series. Drawing 29 Late Models, Knight edged his way into the $7,000-to-win A-Main with a fourth place finish in his heat. Rolling off 12th, Cla made contact with an infield yuke tire near the halfway point that saw him retire on lap 21.
